  • All tags, labels, boxes, and packaging must be intact. 
  • Products showing wear, damage, or alterations after delivery will not qualify for a return. 
     

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted. Items not meeting these conditions may be declined for return. 

How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
     

Once we review your request, our team will share step-by-step instructions to complete the return. Requests that do not meet our policy conditions may be declined. This ensures your return is handled quickly, fairly, and efficiently. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

We aim to make refunds smooth and transparent. After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards.

  • If the item does not meet our return criteria, we may not be able to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
